Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 October 2026 · Dashkitty for iPhone, published by Pelagus Works LLC.
Dashkitty has no accounts, no login and no sign-up. We never ask you for your name, your email or anything about you. The only data involved is what the advertising in the game needs to work, and it goes to Google rather than to us.
What stays on your phone
Your high score, your treat bank and your sound settings are saved in a file on your own device. That file never leaves the phone, is never sent to us, and is deleted when you delete the app. We cannot see it and we do not have a copy.
What the advertising collects
Dashkitty shows advertising supplied by Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To select and measure those adverts, Google collects the following from your device:
- Device identifiers. An identifier assigned to your device by the advertising SDK.
- Approximate location. Derived from your IP address, at roughly city level. Dashkitty never requests precise location and the app has no location permission.
- Advertising data. Which adverts were shown, and whether they were viewed or dismissed.
- Product interaction. Basic events about how the app is used, such as a session starting.
- Diagnostics. Crash reports, performance data and similar technical information.
This is collected by Google inside their SDK. We do not receive it, we cannot read it and we have no database of it. What we see is an aggregate earnings figure in the AdMob dashboard, with no individual in it.
Dashkitty does not track you. The app does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency, does not ask for permission to track, and does not have access to your device's advertising identifier for tracking purposes. Adverts in Dashkitty are non-personalised.
Who receives it
Google, as our advertising partner. Their handling of it is governed by their own terms:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use their services
- Google’s advertising technology providers
Nobody else receives anything. We do not sell data, we do not share it with any other company, and there are no analytics, attribution or social SDKs in the app.
What we do not collect
To be explicit, because absence is worth stating: no name, no email address, no phone number, no contacts, no photos, no camera or microphone access, no precise location, no health data, no browsing or search history, no payment information, and no user accounts of any kind. Dashkitty contains no in-app purchases.
Children
Dashkitty is not directed at children and is not listed in the App Store Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, write to us and we will look into it, though as above the app has no mechanism by which anyone can provide us with information.
How long anything is kept
We keep nothing, because we receive nothing. Data collected by Google is retained under Google’s own retention policies, linked above. The save file on your phone lasts until you delete the app.
Your choices
- Limit ad tracking. iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Apple Advertising, control what apps on your device may do.
- Reset your advertising identifier in the same place, at any time.
- Delete the app. That removes the local save file completely, and no further data is collected.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Dashkitty asks you about advertising data the first time you open it, using Google’s own consent form. Whatever you choose, you can change your mind at any time: open Settings from the title screen or the pause menu and tap Ad privacy settings. That button only appears where the question applies.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
